Skin ointment for superficial wounds

A soothing skin ointment based on pure honey. DerMel is effective in treating various superficial wounds such as:

  • Irritated and/or dry skin
  • Superficial (infected) wounds
  • Abrasions
  • Wounds caused by scratching (such as by eczema)
  • Cracked skin on heels and fingers

DerMel contains no hormones (corticosteroids) and is therefore suitable for all ages and long-term use. No home should be without this useful ointment!
